詩選|我可以如何療癒自己?

用太陽和月亮的光來療癒自己。
用河和瀑布的聲音來療癒自己。
用海洋搖擺的浪濤和鳥振翅飛舞的聲音來療癒自己。


用薄荷,苦楝和尤加利樹的氣息來療癒自己。
用薰衣草,迷迭香和洋甘菊為生活增添一點香甜。
用可可加上一小撮肉桂來擁抱自己。
用愛而不是用糖來為你的茶飲調味,然後在星空下慢慢享用。


用風帶給你的吻,用雨帶來的擁抱來療癒自己。
赤腳穩穩站在地面上,也感受從土地長出的一切生命。
傾聽你的直覺,用第三眼的視角來觀看世界,每天都變得更有智慧。

跳躍,舞蹈,歌唱,讓自己過得更快樂。
用美麗的愛滋養自己,
並永遠記住……你就是一切的解藥。

Heal yourself with mint, neem, and eucalyptus. Sweeten with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile. Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a hint of cinnamon.
